I had seen the Budweiser sign myself a few times, but never thought to blog about it. And, damnit, now it's been done. The Burbank Der Wienerschnitzel is one of the few fast food joints to serve suds, but, as it turns out, not the only one. Two Carl's Jr. downtown serve the sweet brew. Read about it at LAist.

GANG SWEEP
Los Angeles police officers and FBI agents arrested 70 or so gang members early Thursday morning. The sweep of the El Salvadorian gang, known as MS-13, primarily focused on the Hollywood and Rampart districts of Los Angeles, but also focused on activities and members in Lawndale, Burbank and Huntington Park. LAT.
